Pearson Family Pictures

Just a few of the family pictures that Jeff's uncle Ryan
took for us clear back in August
The whole family, all twelve of us.
Funny Facts:
Jeff and I were married the 12th of November and Brandon & Lynsi were married the 11th of December.
Coleman was born on the 11th of March, making him the 11th member of the family and Brynlie was born on the 12th of February making her the 12th member of the family! Crazy!

Can I just say that I am absolutely in love with her?  It is so fun having a little buddy to be with all day, and to take her with me wherever I go!

Four Down, Forever To Go

This morning, Jeff played a trick on me.  He told me that he would be going to work but that he would try to get off early so we could go do something fun for our anniversary.   We take turns planning each year, and this year was his turn.   About twenty minutes after he "left for work" he came home with breakfast for us and told me that he wasn't going to work today and we had the whole day to play!  I was so excited!  So we after we ate breakfast I showered and got ready for the day while he played with Brynlie.  We went to Brick Oven for lunch and then we had my mother-in-law Toni watch Brynlie for the rest of the day.  Not that we don't love having her with us but it is good to have some time for just the two of us once in awhile.  We went to see a movie and since there wasn't a great selection to choose from today, we ended up seeing Madagascar.  It was such a cute movie, very entertaining and we really liked it!  After the movie we went to the mall for a little shopping and then we went bowling!
Let the good times roll...
Jeff won the first game, but I beat him the next game!  That rarely ever happens so I was so happy!
Later we went to Magelby's, one of my favorite restaurants for dinner!  It was delicious.
I am so glad that Jeff planned such a fun day for us!

Still My Prince Charming

Today is our 4th Wedding Anniversary!
I feel so lucky to have such an amazing husband.  He is seriously the best, he is so good to me and I am so grateful for him!  Especially this past year, while being pregnant and having a baby he took such good care of me.  He has always made sure that all of our needs are met, which really means so much to me!  It has been so amazing to see him become a father, and how cute he is with our sweet daughter.  He is everything that I had ever imagined my husband to be and more.
So much more.

What To Do On A Rainy Day...

It took me nearly 2 hours to put this toy together. I'm pathetic, I know.
She loves it
As soon as she hears the music, she starts a dancin'
It's so cute!
Happy 9 Months Sweet Pea!  We love you!

What I Loved About Yesterday

1. Going shopping with Brynlie.
2. Dancing with her to Christmas Music in the dressing room
3. Hearing her giggle while dancing in the dressing room
4. Grabbing a bite to eat HERE
5. Watching The Sandlot with Jeff during his lunch break and laughing at Squints.  One of the best movies ever.
6. Re-arranging furniture is always fun.  This time I did Brynlie's room.
7. Picking McKenzie up from school and hanging out at my parents house for a little while.
8. Making Pumpkin Soup
Recipe:
2 Chicken breasts (cubed)
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 Sweet onion (chopped)
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups canned pureed pumpkin
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups milk
grated swiss cheese (for garnish)
In a large soup pot, heat oil.
Saute chicken and onion until chicken is completely cooked.  Add broth, pumpkin and nutmeg.  Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
Add milk and continue to simmer, without boiling, for 5 more minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.  Garnish with swiss cheese.
Note:  I added celery and carrots before putting in the broth
9. Then watching The Office
10. Cuddling with my hubby while we watched Get Smart
Yesterday was a great day. Definitely.
