Baby, It's Cold Outside!

We took Brynlie out for her first sledding experience!
Two of the cutest faces I have ever seen. Ever.
She was a little unsure at first, but after about two seconds she was seriously loving it!
Going down with daddy...
Fortunately, this was the only crash of the day
She loved to taste the snow

All smiles, all bundled up!
She thought it was hilarious to throw snow balls at mommy! Wonder who gave her that idea?
This smile was literally frozen on her face all day
Towards the end Jeff started pushing her down, and she got going pretty fast! She loved it! As soon as she got to the bottom she would yell, "Daddy, again!" Jeff was such a good sport to hike up and down the hills to carrier her back to the top. We all had such a good time! It is amazing to me how much joy I have when I see my little girl having so much fun and being so excited for the simple things in life.

New Years Eve

After telling our families about Brynlie's baby sister, we played games while the kids watched a movie. We even let them stay up until midnight!
Here they are with their pots & pans

Jeff took Bryn out to see the fireworks! (In the fa-reezing cold, with no coat!)

Strawberry Milkshakes...

We're having another
We found out on New Years Eve and we can't wait to meet our new baby girl in May! How lucky are we to have two little princesses right in a row?
So... as for the Strawberry Milkshakes and the Birthday cake, this is how we announced to our families our exciting news! We called to tell my family we were coming over and that we would bring them some milkshakes from In-N-Out. So after they requested either Vanilla or Chocolate flavored shakes we showed up with all strawberry shakes instead! It took them awhile to figure it out, but after a few times of me saying, "That's so weird, they are all PINK!" They got the hint!
That night we also had cake and ice cream with the Pearson's to celebrate my birthday so we tried to spell out "GIRL" with the candles. It took them a minute to figure why the candles were so randomly placed, but we thought we were pretty clever!

Quarter of a Century...

In celebration of my 25th Birthday, my parents took us all out to enjoy a lovely dinner at Cheesecake Factory, then to Temple Square to see the beautiful lights. It was such a fun night, and I am so glad everyone was able to be there to share it with us!

(Our Temple Square outing actually took place a couple of days before my Birthday.)
On my Birthday Jeff and I went to see a movie, and out to dinner. Jeff is so good to me, and spoiled me just like he always does...
New Years Eve we celebrated with a party at the Pearson's, I blew out the candles on my delicious Magelby's Chocolate Cake. Yum!
I had a great birthday and I am so thankful for all of my family and friends who made it such a special day for me!

Christmas Day

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. It was so much fun to see Brynlie so excited for Santa to come and leave her presents! We were spoiled, and we had so much fun enjoying Christmas Day with our families. We feel very blessed!

Her new four-wheeler that Santa brought her

The fun bounce house that Grandpa & Grandma Pearson gave to Coleman, Brynlie & Lucie (When she is big enough!)
They absolutely love it!

We had so much fun watching Brynlie open her presents and then have the time of her life playing with them all, she is a hoot!
