.:Summer Fest:.

We had a fun time going to the Summer Fest- We went with Cam, Alexa and Bryn (Alexa's sister)

These two are automatically buddies because they have the same name

It was nice to have Bryn take little Bryn on all of the rides

and Hallie too

I'm pretty sure she had the time of her life

After going on all of the rides, Toni's family had a get together for swimming and a BBQ which was really fun

Then we were off to the parade

and then to see the fireworks!

It was a fun filled day for sure

Well, we have already had a few fun days at the pool with many more to come!

These girls are like little fish! They would swim and swim all day long

The first day we went out it was still a little on the cool side. Hallie screamed and wanted nothing to do with the water. In my head I was thinking, "well, you better get used to it! There is a long summer ahead" The next time we went she was completely the opposite. Saying she loves the water would be an understatement. As soon as the waves come on she crawls right into them like a crazy woman as fast as she can go. She doesn't even care how deep she gets and she throws a fit when I pick her up and carry back to the edge of the water.

I've been asked so many times where I got this cute swim cap! It is perfect to protect her little head and ears from the sun. So in case you were wondering... I got it and their swimsuits at Janie and Jack

Hallie actually fell asleep sitting up right after this picture was taken. Poor girl

It's always fun to go with friends, here is Kian & Bryn

I also love going with my sisters, Kenzie & Whit. They make it much more enjoyable

Bryn had her very first dance recital a couple of weeks ago and she did such a good job!

She loved everything about it! Getting all dressed up in her costume, curling her hair, and she even got to wear some of Mommy's makeup! She was pretty excited about that.

She actually performed really well. We asked her if she got nervous, and she said no. I don't think she even knows what being nervous feels like. I hope that never changes, well at least as far as dancing and performing goes!

There are four girls in her class, and I am glad because one of the classes her same age had eight girls! She is the youngest girl in her class by about a year or so.
