It's been 9 years today since my brother passed away and not a day goes by that I don't think about him. I know the assumption that it gets easier with time. I guess in some ways that's true, but in some ways it still hurts the same. I miss him and I often wonder what he would be doing if he were still with us. It makes me sad to think that Jeff and the girls never got the chance to know him, but they will someday. I know without a doubt that he watches over me and I have felt that several times since he passed away. I know that I will be able to see him again and look forward to our reunion in Heaven.

You know your husband is a true BYU fan when...

he leaves you for 4 days for a weekend with Jimmer. Ha!

We missed him so much, in fact when he sent me these pictures I may have teared up just a little. He had a great time! They stayed at the Ritz-Carlton and had a full basketball court in their hotel. Oh yeah, the games were awesome too because they won! Too bad their winning streak couldn't have lasted a little bit longer.

This is what happens when I pull out the camera. Then I can't decide which ONE picture is the cutest because they are all so funny. So I end up posting them all. Ha! Hallie's face cracks me up. She is at the cutest stage right now. She waves and says "Hi" and gets the biggest grin on her face.

We woke up on St. Patricks day to a messy house! Everything was messed up and out of place! Then we found a note from the little leprechaun man!

He sent us on a treasure hunt and left clues all around the house for us to find.

Bryn thought it was so funny! He even hung a clue from her chandelier

He left treats and prizes with the clues along the way

He even dumped out Hallie's jar full of bows

where he left new jammies!

If you look closely you can see a treat and clue hidden under the cushions

The final prize was a box of lucky charms! Along with a toilet paper mess all over the bathroom

We also made these super cute and easy treats for our family

.: Not Your Typical Bachelor Party :.

So for the season finale of the Bachelor, we had a little party and pulled out the Chocolate Fountains and had tons of treats to go along with it!

Being the Bachelor Fan that I am, I was a little disappointed in the "After The Final Rose" episode. Really? I guess I just wanted them to live happily ever after. And I still hope they do!

.: Playdates and Other Adventures :.

Every Friday Bryn has a play date with a couple of girls in our ward. They play so cute together and I love that it is planned and scheduled. We rotate each week where it will be and then I have an hour and a half to run errands (when it's not at our house) and it is so nice to just take Hallie to the store with me sometimes! Anyway, the picture above is when we had the girls come to our house. They ate pink cookies and dressed up as princesses!

My niece Kinley has been playing with Bryn a lot lately and it has been so fun! These two are so cute together, and they come up with the funniest things. Like the other day at my Moms house they put on her high heels, packed a suitcase full of toys and said they were going to the park. They are so silly

Bryn went on her very first date! Jenny and I took Bryn and Tyler to see Disney on Ice and it was so cute to see Bryn's face light up when she saw Minnie Mouse and all of the Disney Princesses! She loves them all, but she says her favorites are Belle and Cinderella

Because every good little girl deserves a souvenir

After the show we stopped at the water fountain at Gateway and they were so entertained

They thought it was hilarious

Then we went to get some dinner at Pei Wei
