.:Thankful:.

I have so many blessings in my life of which I am grateful for.
I am so thankful for a loving, handsome husband and two healthy, beautiful girls.
I appreciate the loving father that he is to them.
They are definitely Daddy's Little Girls.
I am grateful to have such thoughtful parents and parents-in-law.
They do so much for us, and they are great examples to us.
I am so thankful for our eternal marriage.
For the love and laughter that it entails.
I am so thankful to know that our little family will be together forever.
I am full of gratitude for the blessings that The Gospel of Jesus Christ brings into my life.
I am so grateful and so indebted to our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ
I am thankful to have a healthy body.
For a warm home.
For a fridge and cupboards full of food for us to eat.
For shoes and clothing.
I am thankful for little reminders about the things in life that are really important.
I know some of these things may be simple things.
I also know that there are many people in the world who are not able
to enjoy these same blessings.
My heart hurts for them.
We have so much.
I am full of gratitude for all of our many, many blessings.

.: Hallie Isabelle :.

Rewind...
How did she go from this
To this? In such a short time? Do you ever wish you could just rewind time? Perhaps in Heaven we will be able to play back a video of our lives. I'm crossing my fingers.
Dear Hallie,
Here are a few of my favorite pictures of you and cute things about you from the past few months.
Some of your nick names include but are not limited to: Hal, Hallie Belle, Hallers, Hallister, Hallie Bear, The Great Haldini. Your big sister calls you Hal, Pretty Girl, and Silly Girl
You are such an easy going baby girl. You love to eat of course, and you love to sleep
all. night. long. Such a blessing.
We said goodbye to your trusty sleep apnea monitor when you were about four and a half months old. I had to take some pictures so we would always remember those pesky wires, but also remember the comfort, peace of mind and more restful sleep that little machine gave us.
Here you are, all hooked up and ready to go
We sure miss that monitor, but we are so thankful you haven't had any more breathing problems and that you no longer need it
You prefer wearing her headbands over your eyes to have a more relaxing nap- Just kidding
One thing I want to write down so I don't forget: One night we got home really late, like after midnight. We put you down on the floor in your carseat (don't worry, you were sound asleep) while we got Brynlie and ourselves ready for bed- came back in by this time it was probably 1am. Your headband was over her eyes pirate style. Great big flower with a rhinestone in the middle over one eye. Similar to the picture above. Jeff looked at you and said, "Look, she has a twinkle in her eye." I looked at you and we both started laughing uncontrollably for a good five minutes... I guess everything is extra funny when it's so late that we can't even think straight
First time eating rice cereal. You loved it and couldn't seem to get enough.
This was your second time sitting in the high chair - first time falling asleep in it
You do NOT like squash, as you can see by the look on your face. In fact a couple hours after this picture was taken you threw up your dinner.
Sometimes you will be playing with your toys and fall asleep just like that.
Your first time sleeping in your crib.
You are such a sweet baby girl.
I love that you played peek-a-boo with me for the first time today.
I love how you get a little bit bashful whenever we talk to you and smile.
You just smile really big and turn your head.
It's the sweetest thing.
This might embarrass you a little but I love it when I am changing your (poopy) diapers you giggle and giggle. It makes me smile.
I love how when you wake up in the mornings you coo and play in your bed until we come to get you out.
I love your big brown eyes and your long curly lashes.
I love your beautiful smile and your cute chubby cheekers
I am so grateful for you in my life
I love you so much, because you're so small and you're so beautiful.
Love, Mom

.:SYTYCD:.

We had a little GNO a couple weeks ago and attended the So You Think You Can Dance Concert- It was seriously so much fun! I loved seeing all of the dances again from the season. We had great seats so that made it even better, it was fun being so close to the stage.

.:Halloween:.

.:Little Bo Peep with her little sheep:.
Halloween this year was so much fun! I love having two girls and love being able to coordinate their clothing and costumes! This year Brynlie didn't understand the concept before Halloween because she didn't remember too much about last year. She didn't really tell me what she wanted to be, until a few days before she said she wanted to be a princess! About a week or so following Halloween whenever she would see a princess, animal or anything she said she wanted to be that for Halloween. She was happy about being Little Bo Peep, but I think next year I will let her decide what she wants to be.
Carving Pumpkins
Bryn trying to involve Hallie in our activities as much as possible
Checking out what is inside
I think her little tail poking out is hilarious
Trunk or Treating
I loved how she was carried around Bryn's shepherds hook- Jeff wasn't even holding onto it
Little Bo Peep, Buzz Lightyear (Coleman), Brandon and Jessie (Lucie)
A couple cute pics of Miss Hallie
She is almost sitting up all by herself
The next morning Brynlie gathered up all of her treats at stuffed them in the back of her little bike
On Sunday we went to Westin's birthday party, and also celebrated Randy's birthday after that.
Kinley the fairy, Kenzie the punk rocker and Bryn as Little Bo Peep
Jeff thought it would be funny to paint his face black, and wear his Derron Williams jersey for the Jazz game that day. Conveniently Halloween was the same day.
She looked so funny in the clown wig. We had a fun Halloween, it's hard to believe it's over and now it's almost Thanksgiving... then Christmas! These last few months have flown by... I wish time would just. slow. down.

.:Jeff's Birthday 10/29/1979:.

Happy Birthday to one STUD MUFFIN of a husband
Wasn't he so adorable when he was little?
After all of these years, I think he is still quite handsome

.:How to Host a Murder:.

Before Halloween we were invited to a "How to Host a Murder" Dinner Party at Nick and Lacie's house. It was so much fun, I can't wait to do one again sometime! Lacie made tons of delicious food for us, she sure knows how to throw a party!
Here is the whole group together in our hilarious costumes
Me as a gothic girl, and engaged to the murder victim & Jeff as a Frankenstein/Drama Guy
Elise the fortune teller & Chris the mummy
Robby the businessman/werewolf and Breanna the witch
Lacie as a dentist and Nick as the devils brother
Rock on
If this doesn't scare you, I'm not sure what will
